27" Solaire Grills
All Solaire grills are available in every infrared/convection burner combination. Infrared and convection burner kits, coupled with Solaire’s unique design, allow for easy conversion from one burner type to the other should you come to favor one style over another in the future.
All Solaire grills are shipped ready for L.P gas but include natural gas conversion kits (56” models must be ordered with gas type specified).
All Solaire grill/cart combinations arrive fully assembled and ready to use.
AGBQ-27GIR AGBQ-27GIRXL
Basic Model AGBQ-27GIR Grill Head
- (2) 12,000 BTU, ceramic, infrared main burners.
- The grill head can be mounted on an optional pedestal base (model SOL-AG-27C shown above on the left), on a bolt-down post (model SOL-BDP-27), on an in-ground post (model SOL-IGP-27), or it may be built-in. Built-in installation may require a self-rimming, SS insulation jacket (model SOL-IRIJ-27).
- The optional angled pedestal base includes (2) fold-down shelves.
- Warming rack.
- Pushbutton electronic ignition.
- Perfect size for 2-4 people.
- A vinyl cover is optional.

Deluxe Model AGBQ-27GIRXL Grill Head
- (2) 16,000 BTU, ceramic, infrared main burners.
- (1) 14,000 BTU infrared, rear, rotisserie burner with motor, spit, forks and counter-weight.
- The grill head can be mounted on an optional pedestal base (model SOL-AG-27CXL shown above on the right), on a bolt-down post (model SOL-BDP-27XL), on an in-ground post (model SOL-IGP-27XL), or it may be built-in. Built-in installation may require a self-rimming, SS insulation jacket (model SOL-IRIJ-27XL).
- The optional pedestal base includes (2) fold-down shelves.

Wood Chip Smoker
Add great wood smoke flavor to all your grilled foods with this #304, SS drawer. It fits under the grill grate and is heated by the main burner. The extra large capacity allows long smoking times and the drawer is deep enough to accept wood chunks as well as chips.
Steamer/Fryer
Fresh steamed lobster, clams, french fries and tempura vegetables cook right alongside your favorite cuts of meat in this versatile accessory. The SS steamer/fryer includes a steaming insert and a fry basket and lifts out of the grill for easy cleaning.
BBQ Tray
Fill with liquid for easy self-basting. Use with rotisserie to catch drippings. The SS tray converts infrared energy into convection heat for indirect cooking. This versatile accessory can add great flavor to a wide variety of food.
Griddle
This solid 1/4" thick SS plate is great for teppan, toasted sandwiches or breakfast and allows you to cook foods you would never think of cooking on your grill. It features a grease trough at the front edge and lifts off for easy cleaning.
Dual Side Burner
Stop running back and forth between your grill and the kitchen. The Solaire dual side burner can do anything your kitchen range does. It is all SS with high-polished, recessed top for easy cleaning. Has (2) sealed 17,000 BTU burners, pushbutton electronic ignition, a SS cover and 3/8" diameter, heavy-duty, SS, zigzag grates. For built-in installations - order SOL-IRSB-14. For 30" and larger cart grills - order SOL-IRSB-14SM. Specify gas type.
Wok Ring
This accessory is available in two styles - one for use on the side burner (as pictured) and one for use on the grill. The circular design will hold professional-style round bottom woks. To use with side burner (as pictured) - order SOL-IRWR-SB. To use on grill - order SOL-IRWR-BQ.
Access Door
Complete your built-in installation with an access door designed to perfectly match your Solaire grill. The door is made of the same high quality SS as the grills and features a polished SS handle and an integral storage shelf on the inside back of the door. For use with 27" grills, or the 24" bartending center - order SOL-IRAD-21.
