All Vent-A-Hood products are suitable for use in damp locations (such as an outdoor covered patio), when installed in a GFCI protected branch circuit.

This Euroline Pro Series is boldly designed to handle heavier usage on larger, professional-style cooking equipment.

Vent-A-Hood can fabricate custom dimensions to 1/8" tolerances. Standard hood widths range from 42" to 66", in 6" increments, with custom widths available up to 120". The hood height is 18" with optional, standard duct covers (shown) available to reach 8', 9' and 10' ceilings. Custom height duct covers are also available. Standard hood depth alternatives are 24" and 27".

A "3"* A "3" here indicates one 300 CFM single blower and one 300/600 CFM dual blower (900 CFM total = 1350 equivalent CFM).

A "4"* A "4" here indicates two 300/600 CFM dual blowers (1200 CFM total = 1800 equivalent CFM).

What does Equivalent CFM mean?

CFM ratings, for hoods using mesh or baffle filters, are overstated by approximately 1/3 because they are tested without the filters in place. A mesh or baffle filtered hood, rated at 450 CFM, actually delivers only about 300 CFM of airflow after the filters are placed in the air stream.

Because it uses a centrifugal filtration system with nothing to obstruct the airflow, the Vent-A-Hood Magic Lung® blower is much more efficient, delivering airflow equivalent to a "filtered" hood - but with a lower CFM rating. When comparing the Magic Lung® to blower units made by other manufacturers, use the "Equivalent CFM".
