Standard Wall Mount Range Hoods
NPH18/NPXH18/NPF18/NPXF18 - Nouveau Pro
The Nouveau Pro Series features a modern canopy designed with a rounded front lip. A warming light bar is standard with this hood, except if the blower deck is dropped (infrared bulbs not included). It may also be ordered without the warming bar upon request.
Vent-A-Hood can fabricate custom dimensions to 1/8" tolerances. Standard hood widths range from 30" to 66", in 6" increments, with custom widths available from 21" to 120". The standard hood height is 18" with custom heights available (minimum 9"). Standard hood depth alternatives are 24" & 27".

What does Equivalent CFM mean?
CFM ratings, for hoods using mesh or baffle filters, are overstated by approximately 1/3 because they are tested without the filters in place. A mesh or baffle filtered hood, rated at 450 CFM, actually delivers only about 300 CFM of airflow after the filters are placed in the air stream.
Because it uses a centrifugal filtration system with nothing to obstruct the airflow, the Vent-A-Hood Magic Lung® blower is much more efficient, delivering airflow equivalent to a "filtered" hood - but with a lower CFM rating. When comparing the Magic Lung® to blower units made by other manufacturers, use the "Equivalent CFM".

18" tall hoods should be installed with the top 7ft. from the floor. Vent-A-Hood has standard duct covers that install on top of the hood, allowing it to reach 8, 9 & 10ft. ceilings. Custom duct covers are also available.
